Overview We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and eager to gain hands-on experience in the food industry. The Kitchen Helper will assist with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
• Handle food items safely, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain hygiene standards
• Prepare ingredients, such as chopping vegetables or portioning supplies for service
• Support serving staff by delivering prepared dishes and assisting with plating when needed
• Restock supplies and organize storage areas to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations

Skills

• Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus
