Do you love turning media plans into measurable growth, connecting global brand strategy to local execution across retail and digital channels? You’ll be a key member of The Barn Canada. Planning and optimising best‑in‑class retail and digital media for Tre Stelle, Castello and Puck to maximise brand growth and ROI.

How You Will Make an Impact As part of Arla’s in‑house agency, The Barn Canada, you will plan and execute retail and digital media campaigns that deliver performance, brand growth and ROI. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and internal partners, manage hands‑on platform execution, analyse results and share actionable insights while aligning with global teams to leverage best practices and innovation. Plan and activate retail media with Loblaw Advance, Walmart Connect, Empire and other partners; ensure accurate setup, in‑flight optimisation and on‑time post‑buy analysis Execute and optimise paid media across social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), programmatic and digital video (YouTube/BVOD/Trade Desk) and influencer/content creator channels Set up/manage campaigns in DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Vistar Media DSP and related ad tech; track KPIs via Analytics 360, ad servers, DSPs and market analytics Collaborate with agencies and cross‑functional partners (Brand, Sales) on integrated plans; align with global Barn teams to share best practices and innovations Identify trends, test new channels/formats, and regularly report performance, status and insights to stakeholders This role sits in Corporate Communications (Canada) within The Barn Canada and reports to the Head of Media Strategy & Planning. What Will Make You Successful You will bring 2–3 years of digital marketing/media operations experience (CPG/FMCG preferred), with hands‑on execution across retail media platforms (e.g., Loblaw Advance, Walmart Connect, Empire) and paid social/programmatic/video. You will be fluent with the digital ad ecosystem (ad servers, DSPs, Analytics 360), comfortable in DV360 and social buying tools, and confident collaborating with agencies on buying, post‑program evaluation and optimisation. You will pair strong analysis with clear communication translating technical results for non‑specialists and demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, organisation and project management to deliver on time and within budget. You will have a post‑secondary degree in Marketing, Business or related field, working knowledge of Canadian retailer platforms, and be a strong cross‑functional team player who continuously seeks improvement and innovation. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000, and we take into consideration a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education.
