About the role

Job Description

Aramark Québec is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join its culinary team as a Station Chef. This role is designed to support operational needs across various units in the Montreal area and surrounding regions.

The selected candidate will work across multiple sites to ensure continuity, quality, and consistency in culinary operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established standards and recipes
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to culinary techniques
  • Support kitchen teams during peak periods or temporary staffing needs
  • Adapt quickly to different work environments and operational setups
  • Assist with organizing kitchen activities and task distribution
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
  • Contribute to maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Strictly follow hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Support basic inventory control and portion management

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Cook or Sous Chef
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience in food services
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Montreal and surrounding areas
  • Basic computer skills
  • Food safety certification is an asset

The pay range for this position is $60 000,00 - $62 000,00.
