We?re recruiting a Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and food safety standards.
• Ensure food handling and sanitation practices meet high-quality standards.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation to maintain excellence.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient food service and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
• Provide exceptional service when serving food to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to complete occasional moderate physical tasks.
• Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement

Hours of Work

• This position requires flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the Food & Beverage team.
