<div>Costa Sorrento is a Traditional Casual Italian Restaurant, focus on Italian Regional cuisine, with a prevalence to Amalfi coast Cusine.</div><div><br></div><div>We make Home made Pasta, Bread, Desserts and Gelato.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>We are Looking for Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager, with:</strong></div><ul><li>At least 5 Years of proven Experience in managing Italian Restaurants.</li><li>Good Knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with a previous experience in Italian restaurants.</li><li>English spoken.</li><li>Food lover, Ambitious, Hands on, Committed.</li></ul><div><br>We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our Italian culinary team! </div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.</li><li>Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.</li><li>Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.</li><li>Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Good Experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian</li></ul><div><br>Employment will start immediately.</div><br><br><ul></ul>
