So? What?s the Role?

We?re looking for Line Cooks & Prep Cooks, who love variety, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is someone who:

• Works hard, has fun, and embraces mountain life
• Jumps in to help wherever needed
• Takes pride in being a team player
• Is willing to relocate to Kananaskis for the season

Terms of Employment

• Full-time hours
• Share of gratuity pool and occasional banquet gratuities
• Affordable on-site accommodation with a private room

This position requires relocation to Kananaskis

What You?ll Be Doing

• Setting up and stocking kitchen stations with necessary supplies
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for service
• Preparing food according to established standards
• Cooking and plating menu items with the team while maintaining quality and consistency
• Following direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
• Rotating and stocking inventory based on business levels
• Following nutrition, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Maintaining a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and guests
• Supporting your teammates ? because teamwork matters here

What You?ll Need

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a great attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy items
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to Kananaskis Country Golf Course (from staff residence)
• Must always be of sound mind, exhibit good judgment, and report to work fit for duty.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
