• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance readiness • Providing on-floor supervision, coaching, and support to Room Attendants and Porters • Coordinating with Housekeeping leadership to manage daily operations, room assignments, and workflow • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items • Communicating with the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction • Supporting training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives within the housekeeping team • Upholding Langdon Hall’s Core Values by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence

• 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with prior supervisory or inspection experience p referred. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.

Pay & Schedule • Wage: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour • Schedule: Full-Time. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Shifts may include early mornings and/or late evenings. • Start Date: As soon as possible
