We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent for the morning shift (7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Assist with reservations and modifications using hotel management software.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
