Shifts will range from 5:30am 5:00pm. Part time hours will be a variation of shifts based on your declared availability. What Youll DoAs a Barista at Made Market, youll be the friendly face that helps start (or finish!) our guests day on a high note. Your responsibilities will include:Delivering exceptional, cheerful, and courteous service with a guest-first mindsetGreeting guests promptly and building genuine rapport through friendly engagementPreparing and serving coffee, beverages, and caf items according to DoubleTree standardsAnticipating guest needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendationsMaintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable caf environmentFollowing all operational policies and procedures (full training provided) What Were Looking ForMinimum Grade 12 or equivalentCustomer service experience is requiredPrevious Barista experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time well and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSafe Food Handling and WHMIS (or willingness to obtain well help!)
