We are thrilled to expand our footprint and are seeking two (2) dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Restaurant Supervisors to lead the culinary team at our brand-new South Calgary facility located in Deer Valley Market Place. Position Overview & Conditions

• Vacancies: 2 open positions
• Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Must be available for a flexible rotation including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime shifts as needed.

Job Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesKitchen & Operational Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate all daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and efficiency.
• Establish work schedules and implement streamlined procedural workflows for staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any work-related, equipment, or machinery issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth function of the restaurant's computer systems, POS terminals, and culinary hardware.

Guest Relations & Front-of-House Support

• Address guest concerns and resolve customer complaints immediately with professionalism.
• Welcome every family with an enthusiastic smile and high energy.
• Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash flow, and support frontline cashiers.

Supply Chain & Facility Standards

• Place supply orders and efficiently coordinate the inventory supply chain.
• Replenish kitchen stock according to The Big Box brand standards to maintain a visually appealing storefront.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness across the kitchen, restaurant dining area, restrooms, and general facility spaces at all times.
