About the role

Do you love the great outdoors, craft beer and innovative food? Euston Park Social Parlee Beach needs a great leader to join the culinary team. Must be located in New Brunswick and have a great track record for exceptional leadership and creative culinary skills.

  • Lead culinary team with Owner Chef Gene Cormier

  • Train staff to produce consistent, high quality food and maintain a high level of productivity

  • Manage shift operations and ensure team compliance with health and safety protocols

  • Lead the team in the absence of the owner

  • Conduct production schedule and manage par stocks to standard for effective ordering

Must have own transportation, flexible schedule and passion for the kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Sous Chef: 1 year (preferred)
  • Culinary: 2 years (required)
