About the Role

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is looking for professional, courteous, and attentive Servers to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Servers are key in delivering an exceptional dining experience, guiding guests through our unique rodízio-style service, and providing attentive, high-quality hospitality throughout the meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain the Brazilian rodízio dining concept
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktails
• Take drink and dessert orders, enter them in POS system, and ensure prompt delivery
• Respond to guest needs, refill beverages, clear plates, and monitor table satisfaction
• Coordinate with grill team (Gaúchos), kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Follow proper sequence of service and upselling techniques
• Handle payments using POS and provide accurate change or receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station
• Assist with pre-shift setups and closing duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in Canada (Work Permit, SIN, or PR/Citizen)
• Must leave in Edmonton are and have access to reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in the West side
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong English communication skills is mandatory
• Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Previous serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant
• Wine knowledge or sommelier training
• First Aid / CPR Certification
• Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking apps
• Experience in high-volume or upscale dining settings
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first attitude
