What You?ll Be Doing:

• Be the Face of the Event: Greet function conveners and check in throughout events to ensure guests are satisfied.
• Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support the banquet team, ensuring smooth execution of all events as per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Set the Bar High: Act as a mentor and coach, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Adapt and Excel: Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure staffing levels are on point and all event details are executed to perfection.

What We?re Looking For: Availability: Full open availability is required. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Food & Beverage role. Certification: Current Serve It Right Certification (or provincial equivalent). Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Problem Solver: Ability to handle guest service issues with professionalism and care.
