Summary: We are looking for a Asset Management Administrator to join our team! The purpose of this role is to support the Certified Used department by processing and inventorying assets returning to EconoLease, handling customer account statements and communications around those returns, as well as managing transactional business and commissions with external business partners. This role also supports various administrative tasks within the department and may assist with coordinating asset movement, logistics follow-up, and related operational activities as business needs evolve.
In this role, the key responsibilities include: Manage the intake, reconciliation, listing, pricing, and remarketing of returned commercial equipment. Process invoices, payments, commissions, refunds, accounts receivable transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and asset records. Create and optimize Shopify and third-party listings, including product descriptions, categorization, tagging, and pricing strategies. Conduct market research to support competitive pricing and successful asset disposition. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer, dealer, supplier, and partner inquiries and resolving concerns professionally. Coordinate transportation, returns, redeployments, and logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, dealers, and service partners to support operational success. Identify process improvements, solve complex issues, and support daily departmental operations and administrative activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: 2+ years customer service/office administration experience Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task Excellent customer service orientation. An analytical and conceptual solution-based thinker Excellent time management capabilities. High quality planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, follow up on moving parts, and keep accurate records in a fast-paced operational environment. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required; familiarity with Shopify, Salesforce, and Power BI is an asset. Energetic and flexible team player.
