Role Description The Certified Esthetician role at Katy's Touch is a part-time, on-site position located in Tilbury, ON. (May lead to full time) Daily responsibilities include performing professional esthetic services such as waxing, manicure, pedicure, gel polish and other spa services within the scope of certification. The esthetician will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards. The role also involves managing appointment schedules, documenting services provided, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and clear communication. The esthetician is expected to work collaboratively with the team, follow company protocols, and participate in ongoing learning to stay current with industry practices. Qualifications Certified Esthetician with recognized training in skincare, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure amd basic spa treatments. Strong client service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust and rapport. Commitment to hygiene and safety standards, with careful attention to sanitation, disinfection, and professional conduct. Ability to manage time effectively, handle appointment scheduling, and work efficiently in a busy on-site environment. Positive, professional demeanor and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed to meet client demand. Previous experience in a spa, salon, or esthetics setting is an asset. But not nessary
