About the role
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of servers and helpers during shifts. Create and manage staff schedules to cover peak and off-peak hours. Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Monitor food and beverage quality before serving to guests. Support servers in managing busy service periods and guest requests. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to junior staff. Act as a point of escalation for guest concerns, ensuring professional resolution.
Requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a server, with proven supervisory or floor management responsibilities. Background working in international hotels, franchised chains, or busy restaurants (past or current experience accepted). Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple staff members. Hands-on experience with scheduling, supervising night operations, and enforcing service standards. Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism. Strong knowledge of opening/closing procedures and restaurant operations. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
