Opportunity Overview We are actively and urgently hiring Food Service Supervisors for hospitality employers across the Lower Mainland. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are ready to lead front-line teams, ensure service excellence, and manage smooth day-to-day operations. This role is best suited for candidates already based in the Lower Mainland who are looking to step into a stable leadership position within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food service staff Ensure food quality, portion control, and customer service standards are consistently met Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance Train, guide, and support team members in daily operations Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain inventory control and assist with ordering supplies Ensure smooth operations during peak service hours
Qualifications Previous experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Solid understanding of food safety and service standards Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude
