Education: Bachelor's degree. Culinary arts/chef training. Art teacher education. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. German. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Work setting: Bed and breakfast. Remote location. Tasks: Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Perform front desk duties. Enforce policies and procedures. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Manage events. Organize and maintain inventory. Train staff. Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Mac OS. MS Office. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods.
