Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession. Tasks: Load buspans and trays. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Take customers' orders. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Provide customer service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
