Job Description:

We?re looking for a passionate and creative Barista/Mocktail Specialist who loves experimenting with flavors and has a flair for presentation. This is not your average coffee shop ? we serve Karak chai, cultural lattes, and desi-inspired mocktails with a twist.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all coffee, chai, and specialty drinks with consistency
• Create and execute a variety of mocktails and cold drinks (think refreshing, South Asian-inspired!)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink station
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Assist with inventory and restocking of ingredients
• Collaborate on seasonal drink ideas and specials

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in beverage preparation
• Passion for drinks, creativity in mixing flavors
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small team environment
• Knowledge of chai preparation is a plus
• Open to learning desi-inspired drinks like falooda, mint lemonade, and more
