We're seeking a Butcher to join our team at Chuck's Steakhouse! OpenTable Top 100 Restaurants in Canada. What You'll Do: Assist with butchery operations including trimming and portioning beef to specification Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations What You Have: 1 - 2 years of culinary or butchery experience Butchery certification is an asset Strong knife skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of effective communication and workplace culture Flexible schedule A valid driver's license is considered an asset, but not required Banff Hospitality Collective is: https://www.banffcollective.com/ BHC is an equal opportunity employer.
