Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We?re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has a passion for food, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role plays an important part in maintaining our high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation while contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen culture.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Stacked recipes and brand standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service
• Monitor food levels and communicate any shortages or concerns to management
• Assist with training and supporting new kitchen team members when needed
• Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cooking methods and food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform well under pressure during busy periods
• Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering quality food
