Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and cooked following proper food safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve dishes to customers efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Follow sanitation procedures and uphold health regulations at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment
- Experience with serving or food presentation is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
