Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead engaging and informative tours for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of various locations, providing insightful commentary and answering questions from participants.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a positive experience.
• Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour itineraries while allowing for flexibility as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings and share best practices.

Skills

• Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of varying sizes.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Time management skills to maintain schedules while accommodating guest needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and engagingly.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus. (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
