About the role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Launder clothing and household linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Initiative. Organized.
