We are a busy and well-loved Vietnamese Pho restaurant looking for a friendly, reliable Server to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take dine-in and take-out orders accurately
• Serve pho, drinks, and other dishes efficiently
• Use POS system to process orders and payments
• Keep tables clean and organized
• Work closely with kitchen staff during busy rushes
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area

Requirements

• Positive attitude and team player

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant

• Good communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Serving experience is an asset but not required (we will train)

• Available evenings and weekends

• Previous experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred but will train the right person

• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
