We are searching for a permanent full-time Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our Faubourg du Mascaret team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity
- Provide leadership and daily coordination of dining room staff to ensure professional service, including during special events.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of dining staff.
- Perform Server duties as needed and assist with food preparation and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist with catering services for internal and external functions.
- Manage meal/beverage billing, client menus, diet slips, and meal count sheets.
- Coordinate table reservations and event space bookings in collaboration with reception and management.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and families to meet individual needs and resolve concerns.
- Supervise workflow related to meal production, presentation, service, and clean-up.
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education, strong preference to those with post-secondary education in a related field;
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English required;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the food and beverage service industry;
- Minimum three years’ experience in the food and beverage service industry
- Previous experience in working with the elderly in long-term care or a seniors independent living environment an asset;
- Previous supervisory experience an asset;
- Availability to work Monday–Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a requirement to work every second weekend;
- Personal computer skills in the use of related software applications;
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
