About The Company

iTravel for Culture is a growing travel documentary brand and YouTube channel hosted by Gibbs—a business builder turned cultural storyteller.

The brand explores culture through everyday people—food, music, traditions, and communities—told with a cinematic, grounded style inspired by Anthony Bourdain.

What started as a YouTube channel is now expanding into a curated tourism company, offering real-world travel experiences based on the stories we tell.

We are a few hundred subscribers away from monetization. YouTube is our primary growth engine. This role will directly impact how fast we grow.

The Role

You will act as a Content & Operations Manager—supporting the growth of the YouTube channel while helping build the tourism side of the business.

You will work directly with Gibbs (the host) and help manage the day-to-day execution of content and platforms.

You will also communicate and respond on platforms as if you are Gibbs, maintaining brand voice and tone. Bonus if you have advanced skill in developing, designing, building, updating, and maintaining websites and SEO strategy there may be extra work available to you. Please mention this in your response.

Key Responsibilities Of Primary Job

YouTube Management & Monetization (Primary Focus)

Upload and fully optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)

Use tools like VidIQ to improve SEO and reach

Ensure every video is positioned for maximum CTR and watch time

Track performance and suggest improvements

Help move the channel to and beyond monetization

You must understand YouTube strategy—not just uploading. Social Media Management

Manage And Post Across

Instagram

Facebook

TikTok

YouTube (primary)

Repurpose YouTube content for short-form platforms

Write captions and respond to comments/messages in Gibbs’ voice

Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms

Graphic Design - Thumbnail Creation & Visual Content

Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails

Create supporting graphics for social and promotions

Maintain consistent brand look and feel

This role replaces a previous graphic designer—you must be capable here. Website & Content Uploads

Upload videos and content to the website

Blog/cultural content

Ensure formatting, accuracy, and quality

CRM & Marketing Support – Go High Level (GHL)

Use Go High Level (GHL) For

Lead tracking

Automation support

Contact organization

Support promotions and audience engagement workflows

Organization & Operations

Maintain clean file systems and content organization

Coordinate assets (videos, thumbnails, captions, etc.)

Ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

Strategic Thinking

Identify what needs to be done without being told

Suggest improvements to content, systems, and growth strategy

Help connect YouTube growth to the tourism business

Required Skills

Strong written English (natural, conversational, culturally aware)

YouTube SEO + optimization knowledge

Social media management experience

Graphic design skills (thumbnails + branding)

Strong attention to detail (very important)

Ability to think critically and work independently
