Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, produce, and execute menu items according to restaurant standards.
  • Receive and store kitchen deliveries efficiently and safely.
  • Organize and maintain proper storage and rotation of all food products.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workspaces.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or similar setting (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of food safety and public health regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Food Handler Certification or equivalent (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Saturday (five shifts per week, approximately 8 hours per shift).
  • Supplemental pay: Tips and overtime pay (subject to company policy).
