Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce, and execute menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Receive and store kitchen deliveries efficiently and safely.
- Organize and maintain proper storage and rotation of all food products.
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or similar setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of food safety and public health regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Food Handler Certification or equivalent (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
- Full-time schedule: Monday – Saturday (five shifts per week, approximately 8 hours per shift).
- Supplemental pay: Tips and overtime pay (subject to company policy).
