The company owns three large Super Valu, Stores in Balbriggan, Skerries and Palmerstown and two 4* hotels, the Courtyard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare and the Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan, Co. At the Bracken Court Hotel we are currently seeking to recruit experienced, professional and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. Main Duties

Working closely with the hotels Food & Beverage Manager on the day to day operations of the busy bar service. Take an active role in the development of the bar/bar trade. Ensure service standards are being delivered within the bars while on duty. Working behind the bar/preparing drinks General bar service duties Training and development of junior staff. Work in conjunction with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team. Bar food service duties. Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times HACCP /Hygiene duties

Requirements

Experience as a Bartender Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus Must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts. Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range Excellent communications and people skills Must be able to work as part of a team
