About the role
Job description Food counter attendants perform some or all of the following duties: Take customers' orders Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual appliances Sanitation of the restaurant, including floors, tables, ledges, and counters. Portion, assemble, and wrap food for service to patrons, and package take-out food Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used Wash and peel vegetables and fruit Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated ability to take and fill orders. Excellent customer service skills Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with patrons, co-workers, and the general public. Well-versed in stocking food products. Exceptional talent for maintaining cleanliness, clearing and wiping tables, and sweeping floors. Ready to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Language: English
