About the role

We're hiring on-air talent for a dedicated sportsbook account, but this isn't TV. This is social-first content built for the feed: TikToks, Reels, X through greenscreen reactions, live shows streamed where the fans already are. You'll drop real-time reactions on camera, host live reaction shows and be the face and voice fans come back to. You'll also carry a side of social: sharing memes, writing replies and firing off hot takes when the moment hits.

This is a camera-first role made for social platforms. Vertical video, native formats, content that feels like it belongs in the feed — not a studio broadcast squeezed into a phone screen. You'll work with the team to create recurring content series and live reaction formats built around game nights. You need to be comfortable as both host and trusted voice, someone with huge opinions who can back them up and isn't afraid to be wrong loudly. You don't need to be a polished presenter — you need to be natural, quick and magnetic when the camera's on.

Beyond the camera, you're a creative engine. You'll write scripts for your own segments and for other content, record voiceovers for videos across the account and pitch concepts and ideas that turn into series. If you've got a take, you should be able to shape it into a format — not just a one-off post. If you've done this before — hosted a show, built an audience around your takes, gone live during games, been the person people tune in to hear react — we want to see it. This role is built for someone who already knows what it feels like to carry a moment.

The social side still matters. A perfect reply in a trending thread can outperform a planned post and showing up in someone's comments builds more brand affinity than any carousel ever will. You'll be dropping memes, replies and takes across platforms alongside your on-camera work.

You need to love sports and live in the culture. Pop culture, music, nostalgia, internet humor — the brand operates at the intersection of all of it. You're the kind of person who gets the references without being briefed. You follow sports closely enough to have opinions, know the storylines and react to a game moment in real time. Experience with sports betting culture is a must.

AI supports your workflow, it doesn't replace it. You'll use tools like Claude and Gemini to proof scripts, Hedra for video, ElevenLabs for audio and Figma for rapid visual production. The ideas, the voice and the takes are all you, AI just helps you move faster. You should be comfortable working with these tools from day one.

What you bring: You live online and it shows. You have a portfolio, personal accounts or a body of on-camera work that proves you can react in real time, hold an audience and write sharp copy when you're off camera. You're fluent across most of these platforms and willing to learn the rest quickly: X, Instagram (feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok and Facebook.

You report to the Social Producer & Content Lead.

Hours: Rotating shifts — 10am–6pm EST and 4pm–12am EST, 5 days on / 2 days off. Schedule set 2 weeks in advance. Evening shifts are heavier by design — that's when games are live and the content moves fastest so they are shorter. During major events (tournament windows, NFL Sundays and playoffs, etc.) expect heavier coverage.
