The Opportunity
We are looking for a *Front Desk Manager *to come and join our team. We are looking for someone who strives to give the best customer service experience. Join us for the opening of Modo Hotel and be a part of something extraordinary!
What You?ll Do
- Ensure reservations/inquiries are handled correctly and accurately
- Be knowledgeable about different room types, current rates, amenities, services and all hotel procedures and promotions
- Ensure to maintain proper confidentiality of hotel and guest information
- Ensuring exact compliance with registration and departure procedures and completion of all documentation necessary
- Ability to listen and respond in a calm, diplomatic manner to any guest issues
- Book reservations and process reservation with a high degree of accuracy
- Expected to work a varying schedule, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- MUST be a team player and able to work with every department in the hotel to achieve exceptional service.
What You Have
- Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated and reliable
- Min 2+ years of previous Front Desk Management/ Supervisor experience
- MS Office knowledge, and good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English
- Solid customer service skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
- Service-focused personality is essential.

Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
