Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Bar. Fast food. Tasks: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers. Create new recipes. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
