Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Train or assist in the training of other workers. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Food safety/handling skills.
