Pillar & Post is currently seeking a Trolley Driver to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity that can provide flexibility, valuable work experience, and a chance to work with a tenured team.
Job Title: Trolley Driver
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON
Property: Pillar & Post - Vintage Hotels
This posting is for an existing vacancy within Lais Hotel Properties Limited.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
- Deliver and pick up inter-hotel mail at all the properties in a timely fashion
- Retrieve company mail at the local post office
- Drive bus, vans, and other company owned vehicles
- Assist with vehicle maintenance
- Accompany the Accounting representative on bank visits
- Actively seeking ways to meet guests’ product or service needs
- All other duties as assigned
What you'll bring to the team:
- Must hold a clean driving record for insurance purposes
- Have a Class C driver’s license with a Z-endorsement ( Air-Brake certified )
- Two years experience in a transportation environment
- Excellent safety record
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Basic auto mechanics experience an asset
