About the role

Kinesiologist – Sports & Rehab Clinic (Dawson Creek, BC – Employee Role, Benefits)

Deep Physio is looking for an energetic, team-oriented Kinesiologist who wants to build a career in a high-performance sports and rehab environment. You'll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a busy, state-of-the-art clinic with an integrated pilates/yoga studio, a steady flow of motivated patients, and strong mentorship to grow your skills and career.

About Deep Physio Deep Physio is a busy, modern multidisciplinary clinic in Dawson Creek, BC, known across the Peace Country for excellent, patient-centered care. Our team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, RMTs, and dedicated support staff work closely together to deliver integrated, evidence-informed rehab to an active, motivated patient population. We are an energetic, collaborative team that thrives on excellent patient-centered care, and we are constantly innovating and growing—unlocking unlimited potential, personally and professionally. If you are passionate about movement, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a forward-thinking clinic, you'll feel right at home here. We believe our workplace is more than a clinic—it's a place where people heal, grow, and reach their full potential. Our culture is built on collaboration, mutual respect, and a genuine commitment to doing right by every patient who walks through our doors. We celebrate each other's wins, support one another through challenges, and keep the patient at the center of every decision. We don't just treat injuries—we build relationships, restore confidence, and help people return to what they love. Our values are simple but central to everything we do: put patients first, never stop learning, lift each other up, and always look for a better way. We hold ourselves to a high standard clinically and personally, and we back that up with the mentorship, tools, and team support needed to meet it. We're proud of the reputation we've earned across the Peace Country, and we're intentional about earning it again with every patient interaction.

About the Role As a Kinesiologist at Deep Physio, you'll work as part of our multidisciplinary team, delivering exercise-based care under the delegation and supervision of our physiotherapists. This is an employee-based role, so you'll enjoy the stability of an hourly wage, a full benefits package, and ongoing investment in your professional development. You'll be hands-on with patients from day one, leading exercise programming, personal training, physiotherapy-delegated active rehab treatments and modalities, and group training and rehab classes. This is a fantastic role for a kinesiologist who loves coaching movement, building programs, and seeing patients progress—whether that's an athlete returning to sport, a tradesperson getting back to work, or someone rebuilding confidence after injury. You'll work closely with physios who will delegate treatments, guide your clinical reasoning, and help you grow. If you have a personal training background, even better—you'll get to put those skills to work in a clinical, outcome-focused setting. New grads are welcome and will receive mentorship; experienced kinesiologists will find a busy caseload, autonomy within a collaborative team, and real room to grow. What makes this role different from a typical gym or studio position is the clinical depth: you'll be part of genuine, multidisciplinary care, learning from physiotherapists and working alongside RMTs to carry treatment plans through to real-world function and performance. You'll build programs that matter, see patients through to meaningful outcomes, and develop the kind of hands-on reasoning that sets you up for a long, rewarding career in rehab and performance.

Our Patient Population Our caseload spans a wide range of presentations and ages: Athletes, weekend warriors, tradespeople with repetitive-strain and work-related injuries, post-surgical rehab clients, older adults managing chronic conditions, women's health and patients working through ICBC or WCB claims. Many arrive already bought in to active rehab, which makes for satisfying, collaborative work and the kind of progress that reminds you why you chose this profession. You'll see the value of working alongside physio and massage therapy colleagues who can extend and reinforce the work you do in the gym and treatment rooms.

What We Offer Employee-based role with a competitive hourly rate of $25–$32 per hour, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including Extended Health Benefits (EHB), Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD). Course funding to support continuing education, certifications, and professional development. Supportive, collaborative team culture with physios, kins, and RMTs who value communication, shared problem-solving, and excellent patient care. Structured mentorship and ongoing learning for new grads, plus peer collaboration and growth opportunities for more experienced kinesiologists. Clear opportunities for career growth—personally and within the clinic—through advanced training, expanded roles, and leadership potential as the practice continues to grow. Modern sports rehab facility featuring Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, traction table, Exerfly flywheel training system, a full gym, and private treatment rooms. On-site pilates/yoga studio and a strong active-population caseload for kinesiologists who enjoy working with motivated, fitness-focused clients. Dedicated support staff for patient flow, billing, scheduling, and administration—so your time stays focused on treatment, not paperwork. Jane App clinic management software for efficient, user-friendly charting, scheduling, and billing. A culture that supports continuing education, skill development, and the pursuit of advanced certifications. Team learning, in-services, and a shared environment where curiosity and new ideas are welcomed. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate; we welcome applicants from across BC and Canada.
