We are looking for 2 Hosts to join The Drake Hotel team! The Host will be responsible for working with the Front of House team to maximize service revenues by accommodating guests, reservations + walk-ins in a strategic manner. As an ambassador of the Drake Properties, you are expected to greet all guests with enthusiasm, be well informed in all aspects of our offerings, and provide our guests a world class experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and checking them in through OpenTable reservation system
Accommodate guests, reservations, and walk-ins in a strategic and efficient manner
Check-in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
Perform additional side work as assigned
Requirements
1+ years of Hostess experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude
Well-spoke and excellent communication skills
Experience using Open Table is an asset
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage time independently
Availability to work weekends and evenings is preferred
