Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON, supporting the efficient and consistent preparation of food products for Alo Food Group venues and services. This role involves working on production lines to portion, assemble, and package items according to established recipes and standards. The Production Associate will operate and clean machinery and equipment safely, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining an organized work area, replenishing ingredients and supplies, documenting production activities, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet volume and timing targets. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace. Qualifications

Experience with production assistance and working on production lines in a food, manufacturing, or similar environment. Ability to operate basic production machinery and equipment safely, following standard operating procedures. Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspections and adherence to recipes, portioning, and packaging standards. Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable, work in a fast-paced setting, and adjust to changing priorities or tasks. Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and standard recipes accurately. Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks; ability to lift moderate weights as required. Previous experience in food production, commercial kitchen, or manufacturing is an asset.
