The Role

We’re looking for experienced and personable Cocktail Bartenders to join our events team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in their craft and enjoys engaging with guests.As a Cocktail Bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience, from preparing and serving cocktails to maintaining a polished and professional bar presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
• Set up and break down bar stations for events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
• Follow Smart Serve guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the Event Lead
• Support the broader team as needed, including assisting with service or event transitions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in events or high-volume environments
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night events
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
