Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn great content into engagement and bookings? We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Lodge in the heart of Whistler Village.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating social media content, capturing photo and video, building campaigns, and supporting hotel sales initiatives. One moment you could be filming a reel around the property, the next you could be helping develop a marketing campaign or supporting a group booking.

What we're looking for: Strong social media and content creation experience Photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Excellent writing and communication abilities A proactive, organized, and creative mindset Passion for hospitality, tourism, and the Whistler lifestyle

Salary: $56,000–$58,000 annually
