Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons in Vaughan, ON is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes managing and coaching team members, monitoring food and beverage preparation and quality, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The Restaurant Manager will handle scheduling, inventory, and cash management, while supporting hiring, training, and performance feedback. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, responding to guest concerns, and driving customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager also helps meet sales and profitability goals by managing labor and food costs and implementing corporate initiatives. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiences. Experience with Hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members. Effective Communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and leadership in a clear and respectful manner. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality standards, and product consistency. Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or quick-service environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or business education is an asset.
