The Opportunity We're looking for experienced and passionate Head Chefs to lead kitchens across our collection of iconic Whistler venues. Whether it's a lively après-ski destination, a neighbourhood favourite, or a high-volume restaurant, our kitchens are fast-paced, guest-focused, and built on teamwork. As a Head Chef, you'll lead your team, drive culinary excellence, and play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences. What You Bring to the Table Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to excellence in both food and teamwork Calm under pressure and quick on your feet Experience with inventory, POS, and kitchen management systems Red Seal certification (or equivalent) is an asset, but not required A passion for delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences
Your Days Will Look Like Oversee daily kitchen operations across service periods and special events Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team Create seasonal, guest-focused menus using fresh, local ingredients Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness Manage food and labour costs while maintaining operational excellence Collaborate closely with front-of-house and leadership teams Lead by example—this is a hands-on role where you'll jump on the line when needed
