Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Advise on menu selections. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Provide on-site services. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
