Patagonia Sales Specialist | Remote (Canada)
We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning global adventure travel company that's expanding its Canadian team. If you're passionate about Patagonia, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and have a proven track record of selling bespoke itineraries, we'd love to hear from you. About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected adventure travel company specializing in extraordinary journeys to some of the world's most breathtaking destinations. You'll manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to closing high-value, tailor-made Patagonia itineraries while helping clients plan the trip of a lifetime. What You'll Be Doing -Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to booking -Creating bespoke Patagonia itineraries tailored to each client's needs -Building strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach -Proactively generating new business opportunities -Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets -Collaborating with a passionate international team of adventure travel specialists What We're Looking For -MUST have experience selling tailor-made Patagonia travel is essential -Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment -Experience selling high-value, customized travel itineraries -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Passion for adventure travel and exceptional customer service Please Note: This position requires direct Patagonia sales experience. Unfortunately, candidates whose experience is limited to selling other adventure destinations (such as Antarctica, Africa, Galápagos, etc.) without Patagonia experience will not be considered. What's on Offer -Fully Remote (Canada) -Competitive Base Salary plus uncapped bonus potential -Annual company bonus -25 days vacation + birthday off -Annual familiarization trips -Joining a globally recognized B Corp committed to sustainable adventure travel and an exceptional employee culture.
