Principal Accountabilities
Handle, lift, and process meat products by trimming, cutting, or removing fat, defects, or contamination using knives or other tools Support production by performing routine, repetitive tasks that keep operations running smoothly Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products to meet customer and quality specifications Perform job duties in a fast paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Must be 18 years or older Confortable working in Pork/Beef/Chicken
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments Knife‑handling skills or experience working with cutting tools Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on work safe practice, quality and regulation standard Attention to details with ability to follow procedures and instructions Collaborative team player in a diverse environment
