About the Role As an RMT at Deep Physio, you will provide high-quality, assessment-driven massage therapy within a multidisciplinary sports and rehab setting. You will treat a diverse caseload that includes active individuals, weekend warriors, sports and MSK injuries, persistent and chronic pain, postural dysfunction, pre- and post-natal clients, ICBC and WCB cases, and return-to-work clients. You'll work alongside physios and kinesiologists, contributing to integrated treatment plans and helping patients return to the activities they love. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced therapist seeking autonomy and a busy book, this role offers the caseload, support, and growth you're looking for. Your Role Provide thorough, assessment-informed massage therapy tailored to each patient's presentation, goals, and tolerance. Develop and progress individualized treatment plans, integrating reassessment so care stays outcome-focused rather than purely relaxation-based. Treat a primarily MSK and sports-oriented caseload, including private, ICBC, and return-to-work clients, as appropriate to your experience and comfort. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans and progress active, engaged patients. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally with patients, colleagues, and referring providers. Maintain accurate, efficient charting and documentation using Jane App. Recognize red flags and refer appropriately to physiotherapy, medicine, or other providers when indicated. Contribute to a positive clinic environment through clear communication, dependable follow-up, and a focus on great patient experiences and outcomes.
Who You Are Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC, or license-eligible and able to obtain registration. Strong interest in MSK, sports/ortho, active-population, and rehab-focused massage therapy. Confident across a range of techniques, which may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and pre-/post-natal massage. Committed to teamwork, ongoing learning, and high-quality, patient-centered care. Able to manage a full but sustainable schedule while maintaining treatment quality and your own self-care. Professional, reliable, and strong in communication and clinical reasoning.

Schedule & Hours We offer a full-time role with a caseload that is ready and waiting, and scheduling designed to protect both clinical quality and work-life balance. Massage therapy is physically demanding, and we take therapist longevity seriously—sustainable booking patterns and self-care are part of how we keep our team healthy and thriving long term.
Compensation Our RMT sessions are positioned at $135 per hour, reflecting the high-performance, multidisciplinary environment and the level of care our patients expect. Compensation arrangements are customizable options including fee splits so we can tailor a package that fits your stage of career and goals.
