Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Busser/Dishwasher to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for our guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic, with opportunities to gain experience in food service and hospitality operations.

Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth dining flow
• Assist servers by delivering clean dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils efficiently using proper cleaning procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health and safety standards
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and assisting with food setup
• Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to ensure availability for guests
• Follow sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
• Assist with general cleaning duties around the restaurant, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Greet guests, check whether they have reservations, and bring them to tables

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest service
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and hospitality operations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending as needed
