Cantina Mercatto, our location in the Financial District, is currently looking for a Bartender to join our team,

primarily for Friday and Saturday evening shifts. We’re looking for someone who brings precision, creativity, and hospitality to every shift.

Who You Are

• Naturally welcoming and confident behind the bar, with an easy ability to connect with guests
• Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and bar staples with consistency and care
• Clear, friendly, and professional in your communication with both guests and teammates
• Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to the rhythm and flow of the bar
• Smart Serve certified

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, engaging hospitality while creating great moments at the bar
• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
• Guide guests through drink offerings and pairings with confidence
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to keep service flowing smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service
• Process orders and payments accurately using Silverware POS
