Role Description This full-time, on-site Food Service Supervisor role is based at the McDonald’s Restaurant in Melfort, SK. The Food Service Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members during shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring service standards. Responsibilities include ensuring food is prepared and served according to McDonald’s quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, supporting inventory and stock rotation, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. The role involves coaching and training staff, supporting onboarding of new team members, and promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. The Food Service Supervisor also helps resolve guest concerns, maintains high customer service levels, and supports achievement of sales and operational targets. Qualifications Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including leading teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance. Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service, with a focus on quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management. Experience in Food & Beverage operations or quick-service restaurants is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations in food service environments. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or retail is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or management is considered an asset.
